2. Technical training provided both during debugging and trail production.
a) While trail production, a professional technical service team will be assigned to work together with the service technicians to discover and rectify the equipment, process or quality problems that occurred during the trial production.
b) One year quality guaranty from the date of machine/plant final acceptance.
3. During the warranty period, we take fully responsibility for any equipment malfunction caused by improper design, original quality or process problems. Machine maintenance, components replacement, process update will be conducted for free.
4. During the warranty period, after-sales service team provides full tracking service, providing on-site feedback within 6 hours and arriving at the site within 24 hours.
