2008 -- Conducted research on intelligent quenching medium cooling performance detection system and developed KHR-A portable quenching tester. Acquired seven national patents and four software copyrights.
2007 -- Established and developed a saddle-shaped tube-tube sheet automatic pulse orbital welding equipment (dedicated robot) for the inner wall of the boiler pressure vessel. This product filled the domestic blank. In the same year, the project research on medium and thick wall saddle submerged arc welding robot was carried out.
2006 -- Developed two green environmentally friendly heat-treated water-based polymer quenching media of KHP series. In the same year, KHGT desktop automatic tube-tube butt welding equipment was also successfully developed. Conducted research and development of saddle-shaped tube-tube sheet automatic pulse orbital welding equipment (dedicated robot) for the inner wall of the boiler pressure vessel.
2005 - Successfully developed a KHGK140-230 modular tube-tube full position pulse argon arc welding machine for field pipeline construction. Developed quenching oil for heat treatment of six products of KHO series. In the same year, the development of KHP series water-based polymer quenching agent began.
2004 -- Started the development of special quenching oil for KHO series. This year, the company passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification, and was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Henan Province by Henan Science and Technology Department.
2003 -- The company moved to Zhengzhou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and successfully developed KHGK16-40 Tube-Tube Automatic Orbital Welding Machine.
2002 -- Developed a new generation of KHGK tube-tube automatic orbital welding machine series products, and successfully developed KHGK36-90 tube-tube automatic orbital welding machine.
2001 -- Developed a new generation of KHBL8-80 products.
2000 - Started research and development of a new generation of KHBL8-80 three-dimensional adjustable gantry-tube-tube plate automatic pulse argon arc welding machine.
1999 -- Developed a new generation of KHB12-80 Tube to tube sheet automatic Pulse orbital welding machine. The welding machine adopts compact design and all indexes meet or exceed imported products.
1998 -- Development of a new generation of tube-tube plate automatic pulse argon arc welding machine.
1997 -- Developed a successful KHT intelligent thermal process control system for a nuclear physics research unit in Mianyang, Sichuan, and contributed to the experiment of nuclear material cold and hot process in China.
1996 -- The company was established and successfully developed a KHR portable cooling medium performance tester that fills the domestic blank and replaced imports. This had ended the dependence of this product on imports and saved a lot of foreign exchange for the country.
