Robotic welding system for medical bed frames
This robotic welding system is used for welding medicine bed frames, and similar frames. Using the MIG, MAG, CO2, or TIG welding method, suiting for two kinds of welding requirements, one situation is big size workpieces with double sides welding requirement, such as kinds of bed frames. Another situation is small size workpiece with single side or double sides welding requirement, such as kinds of bed legs. So this system uses two welding stations, one is for welding bed frames, another is for welding bed legs.
This system is widely used for welding requirement of bicycle frames, motorcycle frames, fence, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, furniture, auto parts, car seats, sports equipment, medical equipment, hardware and electrical machinery.

The bed frames welding station adopts the layout of one robot with two working stations, the worker can loading and unloading the workpieces at one working station when the robot is doing welding at another working station, reasonable allocation of operators, can maximize the efficiency of the system.
The bed legs welding station adopts the layout of three working stations, another two working stations can be loaded and unloaded workpieces when the robot is doing welding at one working station, reasonable allocation of operators, can maximize the efficiency of the system.
The bed frames welding station includes one set of long arm robot FD-V6L, one piece of mounting base, two sets of single-axis pneumatic positioners, three sets of fixtures, one set of robot controller, one pieces of robot teach pendant, one set of welding power source, one piece of welding gun, two pieces of external control boxes.
The bed legs welding station includes one set of normal robot FD-V6, one piece of mounting base, three sets of fixtures, one set of robot controller, one pieces of robot teach pendant, one set of welding power source, one piece of welding gun, three pieces of external control boxes.
